How to make Camel Milk part of your Healthy Lifestyle

A great way to give Camel milk a try (if have not done so already) is by mixing some in this true healthy nourishing smoothie.

Try this recipe:

Makes 2 delicious smoothies

  • 1 Cup Raw Camel Milk
  • 1 ½  Cup Apple cored but skin-on (chopped)
  • ½  Avocado (cut in small pieces)
  • ¼ Cup Apple juice
  • 2 Cups Baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Almonds (chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Flax seeds

Method:

  • When making smoothies always place the liquid first in your blender. This makes it easier for the blender blades to pick up all the ingredients.
  • Place the Camel Milk and apple juice first in your blender, then top with the other ingredients and blend smooth.
  • You can adjust the consistency with some more Camel Milk or water if necessary
  • Flax seeds are very high in omega 3 acids and a great addition to your diet.
  • Serve the smoothie chilled

Note: If you are in a hurry in the morning, make the smoothie the evening before and keep covered in your refrigerator.
