I had previously tried camel milk on a few occasions on separate visits to North Africa and the Middle East, and I recall liking it. But I never really considered that I would be able to get it here in the states, since I’ve never seen it at a grocery store.
Well, I stumbled across Desert Farms on the internet one day, and I’m so glad I did! Not only is the nutrition superior to cow’s milk, but I prefer the taste as well. It’s light, but still creamy (unlike skim milk, which seems watery to me). It’s also mildly sweet, and so fresh tasting!
Desert Farms does a great job of packing and shopping, to ensure it arrives cold and fresh. And, I’m grateful to the customer service team as well! I realized after placing my order last time that I had made a mistake, and Desert Farms quickly responded and took care of it for me!
